The Role of Public Finance In Stimulating Entrepreneurship
Please join us for a private breakfast with the Chief Executive of the European Investment Fund (EIF), Francis Carpenter. The EIF works across the EU Member States investing in venture capital funds and business incubators that support SMEs, particularly early stage and technology-oriented enterprises. Mr Carpenter will give an analysis on emerging sector trends across Europe, with a particular perspective on the UK’s competitive edge, and he will look at how the EIF is managing the demands of different market systems across Europe.
